BestStay Florida provides full-service short-term and vacation rental management services in Florida, including but not limited to: property listing on booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.), dynamic pricing optimization, 24/7 guest communication, housekeeping coordination, maintenance management, and owner reporting. Specific service terms for property owners are governed by a separate Management Agreement signed at the time of onboarding.

3. Property Owner Terms

Property owners who engage BestStay Florida's management services agree to: (a) maintain the property in good repair and safe condition; (b) disclose any HOA restrictions, permit requirements, or legal limitations on short-term rentals; (c) grant BestStay Florida authority to manage bookings, guests, and service vendors on their behalf; (d) comply with all applicable Florida state laws and local ordinances governing short-term rentals. The Management Agreement governs fees, payment terms, and termination rights.

4. Guest Terms

Guests who book properties managed by BestStay Florida agree to comply with all house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and local regulations. Any damage caused by guests may be charged against the security deposit or credit card on file. BestStay Florida reserves the right to remove guests who violate property rules or engage in illegal activity.

5. Website Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to: distribute spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; collect user data without consent; or impersonate BestStay Florida or its employees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of BestStay Florida and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
